Wrap Around Labeler
Adding a Wrap Conveyor to the LabelOn™ Modular machine provides your machine with the versatility to do a wide range of Round Product Labelling.
Changing your LabelOn™ Modular machine from Flat or oval sided to this Wrap Application can be achieved in under 10 minutes. This option is usually suitable for Wrap Labels up to 80% around the product at speeds of up to 120 bottles per minute are possible. Slightly tapered products can also be catered for and along with the more standard round products should be assessed by us prior to confirming this module’s suitability. This module is synchronised to the Speed of the Label Head and the Main Conveyor and is controlled by the touch panel controls found on the swivel mounted control box. The speed synchronising is such that the center of the product moves at the same speed as the main conveyor while the outside surface of the product moves at the same speed as the dispensed label. The Wrap Module is a relatively low cost addition to the LabelOn™ Modular machine that adds a significant extra amount of machine versatility.
