LabelOn™ Basic 600 AC Double Sided | Flat and Oval Product Labeler
Smooth and Synchronized Operation:
The LabelOn™ Basic 600-AC builds on the dual-head capabilities of the LabelOn™ Basic 600, adding Oval Bottle Aligners for precise orientation of oval-shaped bottles, tubs, and containers. As products exit the Aligning Conveyors, the Synchronized Overhead Stabilizing Conveyor captures and maintains their alignment as they pass through the dual label application zone—ensuring accurate and consistent front-and-back label placement.
This configuration makes the LabelOn™ Basic 600-AC ideal for labeling oval and flat-sided containers on two opposite sides in a single pass. For more advanced applications, the machine can also be configured for two to four sided labeling with optional components such as spring-loaded crash gates or a side-eject pneumatic tamp (which pushes containers through oppositely mounted brushes).
Like all LabelOn™ Basic machines, the LabelOn™ Basic 600-AC features touchscreen controls, label-to-conveyor speed synchronization, and robust mechanical construction—delivering reliable performance, high throughput, and the flexibility to meet diverse labeling needs with minimal operator training
