Smooth and Synchronized Operation:
The LabelOn™ Basic 400-AC builds on the capabilities of the LabelOn™ Basic 400, adding Oval Bottle Aligners for accurate orientation of Oval-shaped bottles and tubs. As products leave the Aligning Conveyors, the Synchronized Overhead Stabilizing Conveyor captures and maintains the oval bottle alignment as it passes the point of label application. This configuration makes the LabelOn™ Basic 400-AC ideal for labeling flat-sided and oval containers.
Like the LabelOn™ Basic 400, this machine is configured for two or three-sided labeling. Spring-loaded crash gates, a side-eject pneumatic tamp that pushes containers through oppositely mounted brushes OR our proprietary vacuum sliding plate are options that can be fitted to facilitate two or three-sided labeling.
Touchscreen controls and robust mechanical construction come standard, delivering reliable and high-speed performance.
Flexible and User-Friendly:
An optional clear label gap sensor for transparent labels. Intuitive adjustments and settings can be easily saved and recalled via the menu recipe system. Suitable for a variety of bottle sizes and production environments
